MOVIE REVIEW: The Hangover Part II

“I can’t believe this is happening again,” says the soon-to-be-married Stu (Ed Helms) in “The Hangover Part II,” the direct follow-up to the tremendously profitable comedy from 2009, “The Hangover.” I am with Stu; I cannot believe that director Todd Phillips has made what is essentially the same exact movie set in a different location. The opening, the journey from point A to point beyond, Stu’
