MOVIE REVIEW: Due Date

I enjoyed “Due Date” just about as much as I enjoyed an earlier film this year called “Dinner For Schmucks.” Both films play on the comedic anguish imposed upon the protagonist by an implausibly dim-witted companion and employ what I call the “Odd Couple Formula.” People were not as keen to “Schmucks” as I quite was due to the fact that Steve Carell’s Barry character was just way too oddball
