I once heard Chris Cornell of Soundgarden (along with countless others) say that Heart is the American version of Led Zeppelin. There has never been a statement that has hit home so well. Like Zeppelin, Heart combines traditional hard-rock gems with folk rock tunes to create an overall sound that few are able to replicate.
